1. Using the site
You may use Simcoe XYZ for personal, non-commercial entertainment and learning. You must use the site lawfully and must not interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a way that harms its availability, or use its content to mislead or harm others.
2. Games involving chance
Some games imitate familiar casino, card, lottery, scratch-card, slot-machine, or other chance-based formats. They are simulations only and are not gambling services, contests, sweepstakes, lotteries, or offers to bet. No purchase or payment is required to play, and there is no opportunity to win money, property, merchandise, services, or anything else of real-world value.
3. Virtual items and progress
Virtual balances, points, unlocks, saved progress, and other in-game items are limited, revocable features of the applicable game. You do not own them. They may be changed, reset, lost, or removed at any time, including because of browser settings, updates, technical problems, or removal of a game.
4. Intellectual property
The site’s original games, artwork, writing, branding, interfaces, and code are owned by Simcoe XYZ or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you permission to play and view the site; they do not transfer ownership or permit you to copy, redistribute, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the site or its content except where applicable law expressly allows it.
5. Availability and changes
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Games and features may be updated, interrupted, changed, or removed without notice. We do not promise that the site will always be available, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or that saved progress will be retained.
6. Third-party services and links
The site may rely on or link to third-party websites, hosting, fonts, media, or other services. Those services are controlled by their respective providers and may have separate terms and privacy practices. Simcoe XYZ is not responsible for third-party content or services.
7. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simcoe XYZ disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation. Educational and informational experiences are provided for general interest and are not professional advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simcoe XYZ and its creator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, progress, profits, opportunities, or goodwill arising from or connected with your use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Children
The site is intended for a general audience. Children should use the internet with the involvement and permission of a parent or guardian. The simulated chance-based games are entertainment only and do not enable real-money play.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be subject to the courts located in Ontario, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms may be revised as the site evolves. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the site after a revision means you accept the revised terms.
